Can you pick me up at Gilgit Airport?

Yes. We pick you up at Gilgit Airport or your hotel in Gilgit or Hunza. Karimabad is about 100 km from the airport, around 2 to 3 hours by road.

Which car is best for Gilgit and Hunza?

A Toyota Corolla is fine on the Karakoram Highway to Karimabad, Attabad Lake, Passu and Khunjerab. For Naltar Valley and other mountain roads, choose a Toyota Prado or another 4×4.

Can I rent a car in Islamabad for a Hunza trip?

Can I visit Khunjerab Pass by car?

Yes. Khunjerab Pass is a long day trip from Karimabad along the Karakoram Highway. It is open in summer and autumn and closed in winter. Carry your CNIC or passport.
