By using vaaditravels.com or making a booking inquiry with Vaadi Travels, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

• All tour bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment (minimum 30% of total package cost)
• Bookings made via the website inquiry form are treated as booking requests — confirmation is provided after discussion with our team
• Vaadi Travels reserves the right to decline any booking request
• A booking confirmation number will be provided via phone, WhatsApp or email

2. Payments

• A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm a booking
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before departure
• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change due to fuel costs, hotel availability or government taxes

3. Cancellation Policy

• 14+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 7–13 days before departure: 50% refund of advance payment
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund on advance payment
• Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp
• Vaadi Travels reserves the right to cancel tours due to natural disasters, road closures, government advisories or force majeure — a full refund or rescheduling will be offered in such cases

4. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Each package clearly states what is included. Unless specified, the following are generally excluded:

• Personal expenses, tips and gratuities
• Travel insurance
• Entry tickets to monuments or attractions unless mentioned
• Meals unless specified in the package
• Any expenses arising from delays due to weather or road conditions

5. Liability

• Vaadi Travels acts as an organiser and is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss or damage to belongings during a tour
• Travellers are advised to arrange personal travel insurance
• Vaadi Travels is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control
• Any claims must be raised within 7 days of return from the tour

6. Conduct

• Vaadi Travels reserves the right to remove any traveller from a tour if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, illegal or harmful to other travellers or staff
• No refund will be provided in such cases
• Travellers are responsible for respecting local laws, customs and environment at all destinations

7. Website Use

• The content on vaaditravels.com is for informational purposes only
• All content, images and text are the property of Vaadi Travels and may not be reproduced without written permission
• We reserve the right to update website content and pricing at any time without notice

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
