Booked Vaadi Travels transport service for our tour to Azad Kashmir. Had a wonderful hassle free experience. We were picked from Islamabad Airport and then travelled all the way to Muzafferabad and Neelum Valley, brief stop over at Murree on way back. The car was comfortable and our driver Mr Mushtaq was very well mannered and an expert of the routes of Azad Kashmir .

Hello, everybody ☘️ I am Daniela from Romania . I am sitting here in a beautiful place , enjoying a chai and a mushroom soup , in the amazing Muree❤️ I was so lucky to travel here requesting an urgent car rental and searching on google I choosed the Vaadi Travels . I had to leave Islamabad to muree immediately. And my experience with this company was from start to end amazing . They provided immediately a Toyota corola car and a driver. I did nothing , just comunicate by what’s app and in half an hour the car was expecting me in front of my building . The owner came himself and give best advices for my trip . He helped me with payment procedure which else would have been a little complicated because I was a tourist in Pakistan and didn’t have the easy paysa.Then i encountered big troubles with the accommodation , because they CANCELEd for no reason my booking . Driver didn’t find the adress. SO the owner send immediately his manager from Islamabad to Muree and together with the driver they helped me to the wi fi , searching solution and together we find a new and better accommodation . It was like a team effort. It was middle of the night. It was cold and snowy. It was tiredness but not tension . Finally we arrived at hotel and both manager and driver helped with the luggage . The atmosphere was relaxed and at the end we took a warm chai and smoked a cigarettes . What more can I say ? The next day the owner came personally to bring me home to Islamabad . And was a very pleasant return and I understood and realise how much him and the company are dedicated and involved into satisfying the clients needs. Now , I am home , resting and writing this review, listening good music . I want to congratulate this team effort and all company especially the owner. Hope you will read this and have no fear or doubts to rich Vaadi travels when you want to rent a car. 🚙 o congratulated them and I will leave a nice photo tooked in murre while driving home.
