Drive via the Srinagar Highway, with an optional stop at Mall Road in Murree, refreshments and photos at Kohala Kashmir Point and water activities at Dulai Waterfall.

Muzaffarabad → Keran → Upper Neelum
Into Neelum Valley past Patika, Dhani Waterfall, Nauseri Dam, Chalyana, Kundal Shahi and Athmuqam to Keran, then up to Upper Neelum.

Keran → Sharda → Kel
After breakfast, drive to Sharda for its meadows, river rafting, boating and trout, then continue to Kel for a nature walk and hike in the green meadows.

Taobat is the last village at the far end of Neelum Valley, beyond Kel. The road after Sharda is narrow and rough, and it is one of the most scenic drives in northern Pakistan.

March to October. From December to February snow usually closes the road beyond Sharda, so Kel, Arang Kel and Taobat can’t be reached.
