Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Islamabad → Muzaffarabad → Pir Chinasi
A 4 to 5 hour drive to Muzaffarabad, with stops at Kohala Kashmir Point for rest and photos and at Dulai Waterfall. After lunch in the city, drive about an hour up to Pir Chinasi for fresh air, mountain views and a nature walk.

Day 2
Muzaffarabad → Keran → Upper Neelum
Head into Neelum Valley, stopping at Dhani Waterfall and passing Patika, Panjgran, Nauseri and Athmuqam, then explore Keran and Upper Neelum.

Day 3
Ratti Gali Lake
A day trip to Ratti Gali Lake — a jeep ride on the off-road track from Dowarian, then a hike or horse ride to the lake for lake and mountain views. Return to Keran.

Stop in Sharda for river rafting, trout fishing and the ancient Sharda ruins, then continue to Kel for green meadows and mountain views.

In Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Flights are not included, but we can pick you up from Islamabad Airport and drop you back at the end of the tour.
After the jeep ride from Dowarian, the last 3 km are on foot or on horseback. It is manageable for most people at an easy pace.
In summer. The Ratti Gali track is usually open in summer only, and from December to February snow closes the road beyond Sharda.
