Islamabad → Naran
Pickup in Islamabad and a drive on the Hazara Motorway via Balakot and Kiwai Waterfall, with views of the Kunhar River and its glaciers.

Naran → Babusar Top → Skardu
A full-day drive of 9 to 11 hours via Batakundi, Sohni Waterfall, Payala and Lulusar lakes, Babusar Top, Chilas and Jaglot, with a stop at the 3M Junction.

Day 3
Kachura Lakes → Soq Valley
Visit Shangri-La Resort and its peaceful garden at Lower Kachura Lake, then a private boat ride on Upper Kachura Lake and the streams of Soq Valley.

Khaplu
An early drive to Khaplu for Ghowari, Khaplu Fort (now a Serena hotel), the Chaqchan Mosque, and the fish farms and Crystal Lake at Saling.

By jeep or Prado to the Deosai Plains, about 40 km from Skardu, past Sadpara Lake, Ali Malik Top, Shatung Nala, Chhota Pani and Bara Pani.

Skardu → Hunza
A 5 to 7 hour drive via Jaglot, Gilgit and Aliabad to Karimabad. Visit Baltit or Altit Fort and Eagle’s Nest viewpoint.

Attabad Lake
An early drive to Attabad Lake, about 35 km, with breakfast at Luxus Hunza, then boating, jet skis and photos. Visit the Hussaini Suspension Bridge, Borith Lake and the Batura Glacier.
