After Sadpara Lake, there is Sadpara Checkpost that is the starting point of Deosai Plains.

You can visit Sheosar Lake with children. As the Deosai Plains are the second-highest plateau in the world, it is recommended to stop at Ali Malik Top if you are a heart patient or elderly. Moreover, if you go to the Deosai Plains, make sure to keep dry apricots with you to overcome any health issues.
What is the best time to visit Deosai Plains?
Deosai Plains opens after June. So you cannot visit here before June as it is fully covered with snow at that time.
