Fly to Gilgit and drive about 100 km, 2 to 3 hours, on the Karakoram Highway to Karimabad. Visit Altit and Baltit forts, Eagle’s Nest viewpoint and Karimabad Bazaar.

An early drive to Attabad Lake, the Hussaini Suspension Bridge, Borith Lake, the Batura Glacier and the zipline at Gulmit.
